To all my valued customers, old and new.  Affective July 10th, 2021, I will require a 50% deposite all hair bookings.

 

I use “Cash App” which is easily installed from the “Google Play Store”.  Please understand this fee is non-refundable.

Cash app is easy to use.  Go to the internet on your phone and install the app from Google Play store, or any app provider of your choosing. When you call to make an appointment, I will provide you with the appropriate information needed to make the deposit.  If the deposit is not paid in full, I will not guarantee the agreed appointment time slot.

 

Note:  If you are 10 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, you will need to re-schedule at full cost and at a date in which I have availability.

 

I hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment.  I do my best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to this cancellation policy.  I am forced to take this step because I have had too many clients cancelling or trying to reschedule the day, hour, minute, and even after the set appointment time.  My business, Emmanuel Braiding, is primarily a “by appointment” business; therefore, last minute cancellations or a request to re-schedule, can have a great impact on my bottom line.
